Hello everyone,
Would anyone be interested in reading an advice column if I launched one as part of my Substack publication?
The idea behind it is simple:
You can ask a question relating to any of the topics I write about. With a background in post-sales environments, I can comment on and provide insights into matters relating to monetising and engaging existing customers, customer success, existing customer management, customer value, retention and similar.
Perhaps there is something you’re wondering about, a challenge you’re facing or a problem that you’re working through. Maybe a dilemma. Or something you’re unsure about and need input on.
I will reply with an answer and outline my thoughts on the matter in the format of a newsletter post that is publicly shared and emailed out to my readers. In my reply post, I will include your original question alongside my answer.
