Even customers who can agree that you've met their success metrics can churn.

I like this qualitative definition of customer value, Jens. Making meaning for the customer is something I personally never thought about either. I like this perspective over just thinking financially. Thanks for sharing this and that amazing Metallica song at the end, haha!

This is really interesting. I haven’t considered customer value at this depth before, and it’s applicable fora problem I’m struggling with at the moment. This is either brilliant or I’m an idiot that never really got customer value before. For my sake, I hope you’re brilliant.
